Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping options and costs

We offer standard and express shipping. Rates are based on your destination, the shipping method you choose and the size of your package, and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather or customs, which are outside our control.

International orders

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local rules on importing knives before ordering.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.

Delivery issues

If your package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we'll help.
